Abstract (Croatian)

Poduzeća koja žele ostati konkurentna na globalnom tržištu moraju proći kroz vitku i digitalnu transformaciju kako bi postale dio Industrije 4.0. Nema smisla digitalizirati procese koji su zastarjeli te nisu efikasni. Upravo zato se kreće s leanom. Lean transformacijom podiže se produktivnost i efikasnost procesa koji se potom digitaliziraju. Rezultat je produktivnije i kompetitivnije poduzeće. Termin „Industrija 4.0“ predstavlja organizaciju čiji tehnološki bazirani proizvodni procesi i uređaji međusobno autonomno komuniciraju tvoreći virtualna računalna okruženja. Naglasak je na inovacijama koje se koriste upotrebom najnovijih tehnologija čime se povećava produktivnost, konkurentnost te generalno tržišna prednost pred ostalim industrijama. Pored navedenog Industrija 4.0 podrazumijeva promjene u standardizaciji, uvođenje novih poslovnih modela, sigurnosti informacija, dostupnosti produkata, istraživanja, dostupnosti adekvatne radne snage, radnih procesa te promjena samih organizacija. Hrvatska se na ljestici Industrija nalazi na 2.5. Dobar pokazatelj razine digitalizacije društva je DESI indeks po kojem je RH na 22.mjestu u Europskoj Uniji. Mjesta za napredak ima. Dualna transformacija recept je za povezivanje vitke i digitalne transformacije koji se sastoji od 5 lean alata i 7 alata digitalizacije. U ovom radu, prikazana je primjena dualne transformacija u tvrtci Feroimpex - automobilska tehnika.

Abstract

Companies wishing to remain competitive on a global market must go through a lean and digital transformation to enter Industry 4.0. There is no point in digitally transforming processes that are outdated and are not efficient. That's exactly why the process needs to be started with lean. Lean transformation first raises the productivity and efficiency of a process and then it can be digitized. The result is more productive and competitive enterprise. The term "Industry 4.0" is a term for an organization whose technology-based manufacturing processes and devices interact autonomously with each other by creating virtual computing environments. The emphasis is on innovations that are utilized using the latest technologies, thus increasing productivity, competitiveness and overall market advantage over other industries. In addition, this implies changes in standardization, the introduction of new business models, cybernetic security, product availability, research, availability of adequate workforce, work processes, and changes to organizations themselves. Croatia is currently at Industry 2.5 level. A good indicator of the level of digitization of society is the DESI index by which the Republic of Croatia is the 22nd in the European Union. The potential for progress is present. The dual transformation is a blueprint for connecting lean and digital transformations, consisting of 5 lean tools and 7 digitization tools. In this paper, the dual transformation was implemented in the company Feroimpex - AT.
