Abstract (Croatian)
U okviru ovog rada, dani su pregled osnova mjerenja tlaka plinskim tlačnim vagama, pravila umjeravanja mjernih instrumenata te pregled normi i uputa za provedbu međulaboratorijskih usporedbi i obradu rezultata zajedno s konceptom određivanja mjerne nesigurnosti. Osim toga, prikazan je protokol za međulaboratorijsku usporedbu. Rad opisuje provedbu bilateralne međulaboratorijske usporedbe rezultata mjerenja tlaka u rasponu od 0 do 7 MPa. Cilj usporedbe je ocijeniti učinkovitost umjeravanja laboratorija primjenom proračuna mjerne nesigurnosti i En vrijednosti. Laboratoriji koji sudjeluju u usporedbi su Laboratorij za procesna mjerenja Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje (LPM) te BMB laboratorij Brcković. Korišteni prijenosni standard je pretvornik tlaka visokog razreda točnosti. Prikaz rezultata je dan tablično i grafički.
Abstract
In this diploma thesis, an overview of gas deadweight tester pressure measurement methodology is given, as well as calibration guidelines for measuring instruments and overview of norms and guidelines for the implementation of interlaboratory comparisons and processing of results together with the concept of measurement uncertainity determination. Furthermore, the technical protocol for interlaboratory comparison is presented. The paper describes a bilateral interlaboratory comparison of pressure measurements on gas deadweight testers in the range of 0 to 7 MPa. The purpose of the comparison was to evaluate the efficiency of laboratory calibration by calculating specific measurement uncertainties and corresponding En scores. The participant laboratories in the bilateral comparison are Laboratory for process measurement (LPM) at Faculty of mechanical engineering and naval architecture and BMB Laboratory Brcković. The transfer standard which is used is high precision pressure controller. Results are presented via table and diagram.
