Abstract (Croatian)
U radu je prikazan pregled tržišno zrelih tehnoloških rješenja za rasplinjavanje biomase i korištenje nastalog sintetskog plina u svrhu kombinirane proizvodnje električne i toplinske energije. Nakon toga se konfiguriralo kogeneracijsko postrojenje sa reaktorima za rasplinjavanje biomase u nepomičnom sloju. Postrojenje je snage do 1MWe (netto) i iskoristive toplinske snage do 1780 kW. Detaljno je opisan rad postrojenja i proračun dobivenih udjela sudionika u plinu u ovisnosti o vla žnosti ubacivanog zraka u zonu oksidacije i ulaznog protoka biomase zadanih značajki Simuliralo se njegovo upuštanje u pogon jednostavnim modelom u računalnom programu Matlab/Simulink. Analitirana je isplativost ulaganja u ovu vrstu tehnologije u tehno-ekonomskoj analizi koja uključuje detaljan opis načina kreditiranja i podjele investicijskih i operativnih troškova postrojenja.
Abstract
The paper presents the review of characteristical technological solutions offered in the biomass gasification market and the technology for syntgas usage in order to produce combined heat and power with a view to the development of gasification technology and a brief historical review. A cogeneration power plant at the plant power level up to 1 Mwe (net) and utilized heat power up to 1780 kW with the biomass gasification reactors in the stationary layer. The work contains a detailed description of the operation of the plant and the calculation of the participants' share of the gas in dependence of the humidity of the incoming air in the oxidation zone and the input flow of the predetermined biomass. The launching was simulated with a simple model of the power plant in the Matlab / Simulink computer program. The cost-effectiveness of investments in this type of technology was demonstrated in a techno-economic analysis with a detailed description of the lending method and the breakdown of the investment and operating costs of a particular plant.
