Abstract (Croatian)

U sklopu ovog završnog rada projektiran je sustav grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode stambeno poslovne zgrade prema arhitektonskoj podlozi. Zgrada se nalazi na području Grada Zagreba te se sastoji od pet etaža sa sedamnaest stanova i jednim poslovnim prostorom ukupne površine 1500 m 2 . Sustav grijanja je predviđen kao dvocijevni centralni toplovodni sustav grijanja s prisilnom cirkulacijom temperaturnog režima 75/60°C. Ukupni projektni toplinski gubici zgrade, dobiveni proračunom prema normi HRN EN 12831, iznose 67415 W, dok godišnja potrebna toplinska energija za grijanje po metru kvadratnom, dobivena proračunom prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790, iznosi 30,1 kWh/m 2 a za poslovni prostor i 24,78 kWh/m 2 a za stambeni prostor. Izvor topline u sustavu je kotao na drvne pelete snage 80 kW, koji se također koristi i za pripremu potrošne tople vode. Proračunom prema normi HRN EN 13384-1 odabran je dimnjak dimenzije Ø200 mm i visine 17 m. Kotao i ostala potrebna oprema, ekspanzijska posuda te akumulacijski spremnici ogrjevne vode i potrošne tople vode, nalaze se u kotlovnici u negrijanom podrumu zgrade. Kao ogrjevna tijela koriste se pločasti radijatori proizvođača Vogel&Noot tipa T6 i tipa DELLA WAVE, koji su dimenzionirani na temelju izračunatih toplinskih gubitaka svake prostorije. Ukupan učin ogrjevnih tijela iznosi 72133 W. Potrošnja energije za grijanje se mjeri kalorimetrima pri ulazu u svaki pojedini stan. Sustav grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode opremljen je sa svom potrebnom armaturom i regulacijskim elementima za potpuno automatski rad. Uz rad se priloženi i nacrti cjevovodnog razvoda po etažama te funkcionalna shema spajanja opreme i shema usponskih vodova.

Abstract

As part of this bachelor thesis a heating and a domestic hot water system was designed for residential business building according to the architectural base. The building is located in the area of the City of Zagreb and consists of five floors with seventeen apartments and a business space of total area of 1500 m 2 . The heating system is designed as a two-pipe central heating system with forced circulation of the 75/60 °C temperature regime. The total project losses of the building, calculated according to the HRN EN 12831 standard, are 67415 W, while the annual heat energy required per square meter, calculated according to the HRN EN ISO 13790 standard, is 30,1 kWh/m 2 for business space and 24,78 kWh/m 2 for residential space. The heat source is a boiler on wood pellets of 80 kW, which is also used for the preparation of domestic hot water. Based on the calculation according to HRN EN 13384-1 a chimney with the dimensions of Ø200 mm and height of 17 m was chosen. The boiler and the other necessary equipment, expansion vessels and storage tanks of heating water and domestic how water are located in the boiler room in the non-heated basement of the building. Plate radiators of Vogel&Noot type T6 and type DELLA WAVE are used as heating bodies, which were dimensioned based on the calculated thermal losses of each room. Total heating power of the heating bodies is 72133 W. Energy consumption for heating is measured with calorimeters at the entrance of to each apartment. The heating and domestic hot water system is equipped with all the necessary armature and control elements for fully automatic operation. Along with this work, the layout of the pipeline distribution on each floor and the functional arrangement of the equipment connection and the layout of the runways are enclosed.
