Abstract (Croatian)
U radu je izvršena analitička i numerička analiza nosivog stupa reklamnog panoa. Prvotno je reklamni pano modeliran pomoću programskog paketa SolidWorks. Dimenzije i tip konstrukcije reklamnog panoa su proizvoljno odabrani. Ponajprije je modeliran nosivi stup odabirom standardne bešavne cijevi. Potom je modelirana nosiva konstrukcija koja dolazi na nosivi stup i nosi reklamne površine, a sastoji se od torzijske cijevi i standardnih IPE profila. Prije analize čvrstoće nosivog stupa provedena je verifikacija primijenjenih konačnih elemenata na jednostavnom problemu te je ispitana konvergencija dobivenih rezultata za različite brojeve konačnih elemenata. Verifikacija je provedena na konzoli cijevnog poprečnog presjeka. Nakon verifikacije proveden je analitički proračun nosivog stupa reklamnog panoa. Nosivi stup je opterećen silom vjetra i težinom reklamnog panoa. Prvo je izračunata sila vjetra koja djeluje na reklamni pano koristeći normu EN 1991-1-4:2005. Zatim su izvršeni proračun čvrstoće i proračun na izvijanje nosivog stupa. Numerička analiza je izvršena primjenom metode konačnih elemenata pomoću programskog paketa Abaqus. Nakon provedenih analiza izvršena je usporedba dobivenih rezultata. Na posljetku je iznesen zaključak na temelju dobivenih rezultata i navedena ideja moguće rekonstrukcije reklamnog panoa.
Abstract
In this paper an analytical and numerical analysis of the supporting pole of the advertising board has been conducted. Firstly, an advertising board is created with the SolidWorks software package. Dimensions and type of structure are arbitrarily selected. Modeling has begun by selecting standard seamless tube for the supporting pole. Then supporting structure that carries advertising surfaces is created. It is consisted of the torsion tube and standard IPE profiles. Priror to the strength analysis of the supporting pole, verification of the finite elements applied on a simple problem has been performed and then results convergence for various number of finite elements has been checked. Verification analysis is performed on cantilever beam with hollow circular cross-section. After verification, the analytical analysis of the supporting pole of the advertising board was conducted. The supporting pole is loaded with the force of the wind and the weight of advertising board. The wind force is calculated using the EN 1991-1-4:2005 standard. Then the strength analysis and the buckling calcuations were performed. Numerical analysis was conducted using the finite element method using the Abaqus software package. After conducted anlyzes, a comparison of obtained results was performed. Finally, a conlcusion was made based on obtained results and the idea of possible reconstuction of the advertising board is presented.
