Abstract (Croatian)
Konstruiran je filmski uparivač soka od jabuke. Izveden je kao dvostupanjski uparivač s istim površinama u oba stupnja. Optimalna međukoncentracija suhe tvari dobivena je tako da zadovolji uvjet da se sva supara iz prvog stupnja iskorištava za uparivanje u drugom stupnju, uz potrebni kapacitet uređaja. Proveden je termodinamički proračun i proračun čvrstoće. Uz to, ovaj rad sadrži radioničke crteže dijelova uparivača, sklopni crtež te shemu spajanja, automatske regulacije i upravljanja.
Abstract
Falling film evaporator of apple juice is designed as two-stage type with the same surface in both degrees. The optimum mid concentration of dry matter obtained by satisfying condition that all vapor from the first stage are used for evaporation in second stage, with the predetermined capacity of the device. Thermodynamic calculation and strenght calculation of the evaporator were performed. Additionally, this paper contains manufacturing drawings of parts of the falling film evaporator, conceptual design, diagram of connection and control.
