U ovom završnom zadatku, prikazana je konstrukcija kliješta koja se upotrebljavaju za ručno rezanje čeličnih šipki, koje se koriste za armiranje betona. Mehanizam rezanja temelji se na zglobnom četverokutu čime se ostvaruju velike sile rezanja.U sklopu rada provedena je izvedba konstrukcijskog rješenja, kinematička sinteza mehanizma za rezanje, odabir materijala, te dimenzioniranje i proračun čvrstoće svih bitnih dijelova.Zadani zahtjevi su da se kliještima, sa ulaznom ručnom silom, mora moći prerezati šipka promjera 8mm.Za kinematičku sintezu mehanizma korišten je MSC Adams 2017.Za izradu modela i tehničke dokumentacije korišten je Solidworks 2016.

Abstract

This thesis, describes design of the pliers used for manual cutting of steel rods, which are used to reinforce concrete. The cutting mechanism, is based on the four bar mechanism, resulting in high cutting force. In the course of the work, the construction design solutions, the kinematic synthesis of the cutting mechanism, the material selection and the dimensioning and the calculation of the strength of all the essential parts were performed. The default requirements was that the thrusters, with manual input force, must be able to cut the 8mm diameter rod. MSM Adams 2017 was used for kinematic synthesis of the mechanism.Solidworks 2016 was used to create models and technical documentation.
