Abstract (Croatian)
Ovaj rad se bavi ispitivanjem parametara prilikom pokretanja ORC postrojenja snage 700 kW. Postrojenje kao radnu tvar koristi toluen, a kao primarni izvor energije biomasu. U uvodu se kratko opisuje na kojem principu radi postrojenje i model. Nakon uvoda opisana su problemi koji nastaju prilikom pokretanja postrojenja te metode njihovog rješavanja korištenjem regulacije. Izveden je matematički model koji je korišten za simulaciju parametara prilikom pokretanja postrojenja. Naposljetku su izneseni rezultati simulacije pokretanja postrojenja s ili bez rekuperatora te je dan kratak zaključak o pokretanju postrojenja na temelju dobivenih vrijednosti.
Abstract
In this paper we are analyzing the parameters at startup of a ORC powerplant with output of 700 kW. The plant uses toluene as the working substance and biomass as primary energy source. The work principle and model of the given plant is described In the introduction part. The problems that occur during startup where described after that and are given methods for fixing them through regulation of parameters. A mathematical model for the simulation of parametars during the start-up of the plant was created. Finally, the results of the simulation of start-up with and without recuperator were presented and a brief conclusion about the start-up of the plant is given based on the obtained values.
