Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je ispitan uzorak cijevi lovačkog oružja kalibra 8x57 mm koji se danas koristi kao najučestalije oružje za lov na raznoliku vrstu divljači. Provedeni su postupci mjerenja tvrdoće po Vickersu. Postupci su provedeni u laboratoriju za toplinsku obradu. Ispitani su mehanizmi trošenja u kanalu cijevi. Proces samog trošenja cijevi dovodi do istrošenosti cijevi. Defnirani su materijali od kojih se izrađuju cijevi lovačkog oružja. Rengenskom analizom utvrđeno je da se moraju korisiti materijali koji se ne mijenjaju s promjenom temperature. Mikrostruktra samih materijala utvrđena je pomoću SEM mikroskopije. Definirana su i svojstva koja su potrebna kako bi razvoj mehanizama trošenja u kanalu cijevi bio minimalan. Sa svim potrebnim mjerenjima i rezultatima došlo se do zaključka koji bi se materijali trebali korisiti u industriji lovačkog oružja te sa kojim svojstvima i mikrostruktorom bi se trošenje cijevi lovačkog oružja smanjilo da ne dođe do prevelikog stanja istrošenosti cijevi koje bi dovelo do posljedica kao što su neprecizno kretanje projektila unutar cijevi. To neprecizno kretanje projektila dovodi do nepreciznosti same puške kao i mogućnost puknuća cijevi.

Abstract

In the thesis has been examined a sample of hunting weapon's barrel 8x57mm that is today most commonly used as the hunting weapon for various kinds of venison. Procedures measuring firmness have been carried out by Vickers. Procedures have been carried out in the laboratory for heat treatment. Mechanisms of consumption in the channel of the barrel had been examined. The process of firmness itself leads to detrition of the barrel. Materials for making the barrels of hunting weapons have been defined. By the x - ray analysis had been established that one has to use materials that aren't changing with the temperature change. Microstructure of the materials themselves have been established by the means of SEM microscopy.Features that are necessary for developing minimal firmness in the channel of the barrel are defined too. With all necessary measurements and results there was a conclusion which materials should have been used in hunting weapons' industry and with which features and microstructure would have firmness of hunting weapons' barrel been reduced to not get into great deal of firmness of the barrel that would lead to consequences like imprecise movement of the missile inside the barrel.That imprecise movement leads to imprecision of the shotgun itself and potential rupture of the barrel.
