Abstract (Croatian)
Na alatu za provlačenje aluminija došlo je do loma u tijeku proizvodnje. Alat je izrađen od alatnog čelika za topli rad. Analizom prijelomnih površina kao i osnovnog materijala uzorka potrebno je definirati uzrok loma. Glavni alati za pronalazak uzroka lomu su svjetlosna i elektronska mikroskopija metalografski pripremljenih uzoraka te mjerenje tvrdoće i mikrotvrdoće uzorka.
Abstract
In the process of aluminum extrusion a fracture appeared in the tool which was made out of hot working tool steel. It was necessary to find the cause of the fracture by analysing the fracture surface as well as the basic material. The main tools used in the analysing process were light and electron microscopy of the metalographically prepared samples and measurment of hardness and microhardness.
