Abstract (Croatian)
U radu su prikazana ispitivanja korozijskih svojstava titanijeve legure Ti6Al4V. Ispitivani su uzorci legure koji su prevučeni TENIFER postupkom, nitrirani u plazmi, prevučeni PACVD dupleks postupkom (plazma nitrirano + TiN/TiCN) te legura u polaznom stanju. Provedena su ispitivanja otpornosti na koroziju i karakterizacija svojstava prevlake (adhezivnost, debljina prevlake) te analiza mikrostrukture površinskog sloja. Postupci ispitivanja otpornosti na koroziju u fiziološkoj otopini provedeni su postupkom elektrokemijske impendancijske sprektroskopije. Adhezivnost prevlake ispitivana je metodom Rockwell C dok je mikrostruktura anaizirana na svjetlosnom mikroskopu. Prema rezultatima ispitivanja najbolju otpornost na koroziju pokazali su uzorci nitrirani u plazmi.
Abstract
This paper presents the tests of corrosion properties of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. The alloy samples that were tested were coated with TENIFER process, plasma nitrated, coated with PACVD duplex process (plasma nitride + TiN/TiCN) and alloy in the initial state. Corrosion resistance tests, characterization of coating properties (adhesion, coat thickness) and microstructure analysis of the surface layer were carried out. Corrosion resistance methods in psysiological saline were performed by electrochemical impendance spraying. The adhesiveness of the coating was carried out by the Rockwell C method while the microstructure was observed on a light microscope. According to the results of tests the best corrosion resistance showed nitrated plasma samples.
