Abstract (Croatian)
Abstract
The goal of the graduate thesis was development of a partial hand prosthesis adaptable to various amputation levels and user anthropomeasures. In the market, such solutions are poorly represented, which is why users with partial hand amputations are in an unfavorable position. The development of prostheses is largely based on international norms, reviewed and published scientific work from several areas (anatomy, anthropometry, biomechanics, prosthetics). Understanding of charactheristics of similar products were also used. The biggest problem encountered is the lack of compatibility between user needs and technical features of the prosthesis, and to address this problem, a new approach to dimensioning and prosthesis manufacturing has been developed. The result of the work is a mathematical model for determining the dimensions of each component of the prosthesis, and the adjustment procedure for individual usres’ needs Based on these models, parametric computer models of prosthetic finger and prosthetic thumb were made. A detailed description of work principles of each component and prosthesis as an assembly is provided along the model. Economical production of such prostheses is enabled by the use of additive manufacturing technologies. The prosthesis on the one hand represents the current possibilities of technical systems, and on the other model for the development of new prosthetic aids.
