Abstract (Croatian)

Zbog svojih dobrih mehaničkih svojstava titanij se danas sve više koristi u zrakoplovnoj i svemirskoj tehnici. Zavarivanje titanija i titanijevih legura je vrlo osjetljiv postupak te zahtjeva točno određene uvjete. Diplomski rad Određivanje svojstava zavarenog spoja titanijeve legure bavi se ispitivanjem mehaničkih svojstava zavarenih spojeva titanija. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela i eksperimentalnog dijela. Teorijski dio bavi se opisom metala titanija, procesa zavarivanja i metodama ispitivanja zavarenih spojeva. U eksperimentalnome dijelu prikazani su procesi pripreme, zavarivanja, naknadne obrade te ispitivanje uzoraka. Analizom rezultata ispitivanja dovode do zaključaka o pripremi i parametrima prilikom zavarivanja titanijeve legure.

Abstract

Due to its good mechanical properties, titanium is increasingly used in aerospace and space technology today. Welding of titanium and titanium alloys is a very delicate procedure and requires exact conditions. Graduate thesis The determination of the properties of welded titanium alloy involves the examination of the mechanical properties of welded titanium compounds. The work consists of a research part and an experimental part. The theoretical part deals with the description of titanium metal, welding processes and welding test methods. In the experimental section, the processes of preparation, welding, subsequent processing and sample testing are presented. The test results lead to conclusions on the preparation and parameters for welding titanium alloys.
