Abstract (Croatian)
Predmet ovog rada je usporedba različitih načina numeričkog modeliranja zakovičnih spojeva. U radu je generiran veći broj modela na kojim su spojevi modelirani na različite načine, i nakon provedbe numeričke analize uslijedila je usporedba dobivenih rezultata. U radu su korištena tri modela, prvi model predstavlja veći segment konstrukcije zrakoplova i na tome modelu su primijenjeni jednostavniji načini modeliranja zakovičnih spojeva. Drugi model predstavlja detalj konstrukcije i na posljetku za najsloženije modeliranje zakovičnog spoja korišteni je preklopni spoj s dvije zakovice. Pošto je potrebno u postupku spajanja zakovicama poštivati određena pravila, također je analizirano kako korak zakovica i zračnost između zakovica i provrta utječu na rezultate.
Abstract
This thesis deals with comparison of different methods of riveted joint numerical modeling. In this work, several models were generated, in which the joints were modeled using different approaches. After the numerical analysis, a comparison of the obtained results was performed. Three models have been used in this paper, the first model represents a larger segment of the aircraft structure, and the simplest modeling of rivet joints has been applied to this model. The second model represents the detail of construction, and the lap joint with two rivets was used as the most detailed model. Since it is necessary to follow certain rules in the joining procedure, the effects of rivet pitch and clearance between rivet and bore on the numerical results have been analyzed in this work.
