Abstract (Croatian)

Tema diplomskog rada jest konstrukcija dijela višepozicijskog alata za preoblikovanje lima. Prije same konstrukcije obradile su se osnovne teoretske postavke i zakonitosti postupaka oblikovanja deformiranjem, kao i teoretske osnove postupka dubokog vučenja. Zatim su ukratko izložene sastavne točke cjelokupnog procesa konstruiranja alata, od idejnog koncepta do odobrenja završne konstrukcije. Slijedom zadane teme konstruiran je dio alata za prvu operaciju slijednog postupka oblikovanja - duboko vučenje tankog čeličnog lima. Izvršeno je konstruiranje alata unutar CAD softverskog paketa, te razrada osnovne tehničke dokumentacije, opseg koje je dogovoren sa mentorom. Naposljetku je dan zaključak. Korišten je CAD softverski paket Catia, verzija v6r24.

Abstract

The subject of master’s thesis is the construction of a segment of transfer tool for sheet metal forming. Before construction, basic theoretical settings and theorems are outlined. Then are, in brief, displayed constituent points of the entire process of designing the tool, from conceptual design to the final design approval. Furthermore, segment of a tool for the first operation of sequential forming procedure was constructed - deep drawing of thin steel sheet. The design of tool within the CAD software package was completed and, in agreement with mentor, basic technical documentation was developed. Finally, a conclusion is given. Catia CAD software package, version v6r24 is used.
