Abstract (Croatian)

Prilikom slijetanja zrakoplova dolazi do intenzivnih mehaničkih i toplinskih procesa. Maleni oblak dima je često vidljiv pri pristajanju, a njegov razlog jest intenzivno trenje koje se javlja između pneumatika i površine piste. Trenje generira znatnu toplinu, koja može uzrokovati topljenje mekše površine. U ovom slučaju to je profil pneumatika gotovo čitav proizveden od prirodnog kaučuka (gume), koji ima visoku istezljivost pri dinamičkom opterećenju i visoku toplinsku otpornost. U radu su proučeni mehanizmi trošenja guma/pneumatika i posljedice istrošenosti istih na značajke održavanja zrakoplova. Također je opisan zrakoplov CL-415 sa posebnim naglaskom na taktičko tehničke značajke stajnog trapa i kotača kao glavnih dijelova navedenog sklopa. Naveden je i utjecaj piste kao tribološkog sustava te je posebno opisana zračna luka Zadar sa pripadajućom uzletno-sletnom stazom, koja je bila referentna za provedeno ispitivanje. Prikazano istraživanje provedeno je na gumi tipa GOODYEAR AIRCRAFT R/B, propisanoj za zrakoplov Canadair CL-415. U radu se nastoji statistički ispitati tribološka otpornost preko podataka iz evidencije održavanja, primarno broja slijetanja i sati naleta. Rezultati dobiveni uz pomoć softvera STATISTICA mogu dati procjenu vremena trošenja gume, pomoću kojih bi se moglo planirati redovno održavanje stajnih trapova u sklopu većih pregleda ili pak narudžbe i skladištenja guma.

Abstract

During the landing of the aircraft intense mechanical and thermal processes are manifesting. Small particles of smoke are often visible at landing, and its reason is the intense friction that occurs between the pneumatic and the surface of the strip. The friction generates considerable heat, which can cause soft flow of the surface. In this case, this profile of tires is almost entirely made of natural rubber, which has high dynamic stretching properties and high thermal resistance. In this thesis, the tire / pneumatic wear mechanisms and the consequences of their wear on the aircraft maintenance features have been studied. Aircraft CL-415 is also described, with a special emphasis on the tactical technical features of the landing gear and wheels as the main parts of the landing gear assembly. Furthermore, the influence of the airstrip as a tribological system is also mentioned, and the Zadar Airport with the relevant taxiway and runway has been described, which was the reference for the conducted survey. The presented study was carried out on the GOODYEAR AIRCRAFT R / B tire, prescribed for the Canadair CL-415 aircraft. The paper seeks to statistically investigate tribological resistance through records from maintenance, primary landing counts or cycles and hours of flight. The results obtained with the help of the STATISTICA software can give an estimate of the tire wear time, which could be used to plan regular maintenance of landing gears as part of larger examinations or it can just be used for better tire ordering and storage.
