Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisana usporedba svojstava nitriranih slojeva na konstrukcijskom čeliku 32CrMoV12-10. Ispitni uzorci modificirani su nitriranjem u solnoj kupci te plazmi. Opisan je postupak ispitivanja otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje metodom “suhi pijesak/gumeni kotač“ kako bi se utvrdio utjecaj osnovnog materijala, pripreme površine i debljine sloja na otpornost abrazijskomtrošenju. Tragovi trošenja na ispitnim uzorcima su analizirani na stereomikroskopu dok je njihova mikrostruktura analizirana na svjetlosnom mikroskopu. Metodom „Pijesak-gumeni kotač“ ispitan je otpornost na abraziju ispitnih uzoraka. Dobra otpornost na abraziju utvrđena je kod poboljšanih uzoraka i nitriranih u plazmi. Ispitivanjem mikrotvrdoće površine utvrđena je viša tvrdoće nitriranih uzoraka u odnosu na polazno poboljšano stanje, što ukazuje na nastanak vrlo tanke difuzijske zone uz površinu uzoraka.

Abstract

In this paper, comparison of the properties of nitride layer on structural steel 32CrMoV12-10. Test samples were modified by nitration in salt bath and plasma. The procedure of examining abrasive wear resistance via “dry sand-rubber wheel“ method is described. The purpose of examining abrasive wear resistance is to determine connection between base material, surface preparation, coating thickness and abrasive wear resistance. The surfaces of worn samples are analyzed using a stereo microscope while their microstructure is analyzed using an optical microscope. The abrasion resistance of coatings is determined by the „dry sand-rubber wheel“ method. Good abrasion resistance was established for plasma nitrates. Investigating the microhardness of the surface, nitrated samples have better hardness, this indicates the formation of a very thin diffusion zone along the surface
