Tema ovog rada je primjena sustava dizalice topline s morskom vodom kao toplinskim izvorom/ponorom na postojećoj zgradi javne namjene, zgradi gradske uprave Kaštel Sućurac. Rad započinje analizom zahvata morske vode, koja uključuje tumačenje postojeće tehnologije, problema i primjera, te legislative vezane uz zahvat morske vode na području Republike Hrvatske. Slijedi proračun toplinskog i rashladnog opterećenja zgrade, bitnih za odabir veličine dizalice topline, te godišnje potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje i hlađenje zgrade koje se, kao ulazni podaci, koriste u tehno - ekonomskoj analizi implementacije sustava dizalice topline morska voda - voda u zgradi gradske uprave Grada Kaštela. Krajnja analiza ekonomske isplativosti sastoji se od prikaza investicijskih troškova, energetske i ekonomske analize dva scenarija implementacije dizalice topline i postojećih sustava zgrade.

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the seawater heat pump implentation on an existing public building, i.e. city administration building in Kaštel Sućurac. The thesis starts with the analysis of the seawater intake, which includes the elaboration of the existing technology, problems and examples, and the legislation related to the sea water intake in Republic of Croatia. Then, the calculation of the heating and cooling load of the building follows which is important for the heat pump size selection later in the thesis. Subsequently, the annual heating and cooling energy demand is calculated which is used as input data in the technical and economic analysis of the seawater heat pump implementation. The final economic performance analysis consists of an overview of investment costs, energy and economic analysis of the two seawater heat pump implementation scenarios and existing heating and cooling systems.
