Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađena je tehnologija robotiziranog MIG/MAG zavarivanja s naglaskom na primjenu senzora električnog luka za praćenje žlijeba kod robotiziranog MAG zavarivanja. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjena je važnost robotiziranog zavarivanja, opisana je tehnologija MIG/MAG zavarivanja. Također je obrađena tema robota za zavarivanje te načini programiranja. Objašnjeni su senzori koji se koriste u robotiziranom zavarivanju te njihova podjela i važnost primjene. U drugom dijelu opisan je eksperimentalni rad koji je proveden u Laboratoriju za zavarivanje FSB-a. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je ispitivanje utjecaja parametara zavarivanja, njihanja i senzora na rad samog senzora i sposobnost praćenja linije zavarivanja.

Abstract

This paper deals with robotised GMAW welding technology, with emphasis on the use of through arc sensor for robotised GMAW welding. The first part of paper explains the importance of robotised welding, describes GMAW welding technology. The topic about welding robots and programming methods is also discussed. The sensors used in robotised welding and their classification and importance of application are explained. The second part describes the experimental work that was performed in FSB welding laboratory. In the experimental part of the study, examinations of the influences of the welding parameters, parameters of weave motion, and sensor parameters on the operation of the sensor itself and the ability to follow welding line were performed.
