U radu je provedena numerička i analitička analiza nosive konstrukcije koša za košarku. Prvotno je cijela konstrukcija modelirana pomoću programskog paketa Solidworks. Geometrija i tip konstrukcije su odabrani prema primjeru s vanjskih igrališta grada Zagreba pri čemu su izmjerene njene dimenzije. Prije analize čvrstoće provedena je verifikacija korištenih konačnih elemenata na jednostavnijem problemu te je ispitana konvergencija rješenja s obzirom na broj i način postavljanja konačnih elemenata po nosivoj konstrukciji. Kako se nosiva konstrukcija sastoji od grednih elemenata cijevnog poprečnog presjeka, verifikacija je u skladu s tim provedena na problemu s prostornim grednim elementima. Nakon verifikacije provedena je numerička analiza te analitički proračun nosive konstrukcije koša za košarku. Nosiva konstrukcija je opterećena težinom čovjeka koji se drži za obruč tijekom zakucavanja koša. Numerička analiza je provedena primjenom metode konačnih elemenata korištenjem programskog paketa Abaqus. Nakon toga je napravljen analitički proračun korištenjem matrične metode. Zatim je izvršena usporedba dobivenih rezultata. Na kraju je na temelju dobivenih rezultata i njihove usporedbe iznesen zaključak te je navedena ideja o mogućoj rekonstrukciji nosive konstrukcije.

Abstract

In this paper a numerical and analytical analysis of the supporting construction of the basketball basket has been conducted. Firstly, the whole construction was modeled in Solidworks software package. Geometry and type of constructions were selected according to examples of outside basketball courts in Zagreb, whereby dimensions were measured. Before the analysis of the strength, verification of used final elements was conducted on the simpler problem and convergence of the solution, depended on the number and the way that final elements were installed on the construction, was examined. As the construction is made of the beam elements of the tube cross-section, verification is accordant with this conducted on the problem with spatial beam elements. After the verification, numerical analysis was conducted, and the analytical calculation of the supporting construction of the basketball basket was done. Supporting construction is loaded with the weight of the human holding by the basket during the dunking action. Numerical analysis is conducted using the method of final elements, using the Abaqus software package. After that, the analytical calculation was done using the matrix method. Afterward, the comparison of the results was performed. In the end, according to the given results and their comparison, the conclusion was made and the idea of the reconstruction of the supporting construction of the basket is presented.
