Abstract (Croatian)
U završnom radu opisana je metoda statičkog vlačnog ispitivanja metalnih materijala pri sniženim temperaturama sukladno normama HRN EN ISO 6892-3:2015 i HRN EN ISO 6892-4:2015. Njom se određuju osnovna mehanička svojstva metalnih materijala na sniženim temperaturama. Također je dan pregled opreme potrebne za takvo ispitivanje i zahtjevi na nju. Iz literaturnih izvora određeni su i proučeni faktori utjecaja na rezultate ispitivanja. U zadnjem dijelu provedeno je ispitivanje mekog čelika i aluminija te analiza rezultata primjenom stečenog znanja. Ispitivanje se provodilo na tri različite snižene temperature (0 ℃, -40 ℃, -100 ℃) uz ispitivanja na sobnoj temperaturi za usporedbu rezultata.
Abstract
This work describes tensile test method at low temperatures according to HRN EN ISO 6892-3:2015 and HRN EN ISO 6892-4:2015 standards. These standards help to determine foundamental mechanical properties of metallic materials at low temperatures. The work also deals with equipment and requirements necessary for this kind of testing. Influences on the results during testing are determined from literature sources. In the last part of work mild steel and aluminium test samples are tested after which analysis of results is conducted. The tests have been conducted on three different low temperatures (0 ℃, -40 ℃, -100 ℃) as well as room temperature testing for comparing the results.
