Abstract (Croatian)

Izolacijski sustav ključni je dio svakog električnog uređaja i stroja. Kod transformatora, izolacijski sustav najčešće čini kombinacija tekućeg izolacijskog medija (mineralno ulje) i čvrste izolacije (papir, tvrdi papir i drvo). U ovom radu dan je pregled izolacijskih materijala na bazi celuloze koji se koriste u uljnim transformatorima. Drvo i papir su celulozni izolacijski materijali s izrazito dobrim mehaničkim svojstvima, lako se oblikuju u željene proizvode i jednostavno kombiniraju s drugim tekućim ili krutim izolacijskim materijalima. Dostupni su i relativno jeftini, biorazgradivi, netoksični i reciklabilni. S obzirom na sve navedeno, još dugo će biti prvi izbor u sustavu izolacije ulje-papir kod uljnih transformatora. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada predložena su moguća rješenja problema koji se javlja pri izradi izolacijske barijere za metalne dijelove transformatora. Izolacijska barijera izrađuje se savijanjem tvrdog papira u traženi oblik. Preveliki elastični povrat i pucanje bridova barijera, što je dovodilo do električnog proboja izolacije, izbjegnuto je promjenom konstrukcije alata čime je postignuta tražena kvaliteta barijera.

Abstract

Insulation system is a key part of every electrical device and machine. Transformer insulation system design usually consists of a combination of a liquid insulating medium (mineral oil) and a solid insulation (paper, hard paper and wood). This paper presents, an overview of the insulating material based on cellulose used in oil transformers. Wood and paper are cellulosic insulating materials with extremely good mechanical properties, easily shaped into desired products and combined with other liquid or solid insulating material. They are readily available but also relatively cheap, biodegradable, non-toxic and recyclable. In view of the aforesaid, the oil-paper insulation system will be the first choice for oil transformers for quite some time. The experimental part of the paper deals with the possibilities of finding, a potential solution to the problem that occurs in the preparation of insulation barrier for the metal parts of the transformer. The insulation barrier is made by bending the hard paper into the required shape. Oversized elastic return and cracking of the barrier edges, which lead to the electrical breakdown of the insulation, is prevented by changing the construction of the tool to achieve the desired barrier quality.
