Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađuje se kriogena separacija zraka. Na počeku je objašnjena jednostavna kolona za separaciju zraka, a potom složena kolona za separaciju zraka. Potom je opisan postupak separacije zraka na kisik i dušik. Prikazane su sve komponente sustava te njihove masene i energetske bilance. Pomoću bilanci analiziran je utjecaj pojedinih odnosa protoka na izlazne proizvode. Postrojenje može raditi u više režima rada proizvodeći: ukapljeni dušik, ukapljeni kisik, komprimirani plinoviti kisik, ukapljeni dušik i komprimirani kisik. Kombinacijom tih odnosa protoka odabrane su radne točke za svaki režim rada. Nakon kraju prikazan je Mcabe-Thieleov postupak za određivanje teorijskog broj plitica u složenim destilacijskim kolonama.

Abstract

This thesis deals with cryogenic air separation. At the beginning the working principle of simple and complex columns for cryogenic air separation are being explained. After that a description of air separation plant and all components with their material and energy balances is given. After that an analysis of chosen process parameters and their influence on production output was performed. The plant can operate in several regimes. It can produce: liquefied nitrogen, liquefied oxygen, compressed oxygen, liquefied nitrogen and compressed oxygen. Based on the heat and mass balances condition of all streams were determines for each working regime. Finally, a determination of number of theoretical stages in columns with adapted Mcabe-Thiele procedure for complex distillation is given for two different working regimes.
