Abstract (Croatian)

Teleskopska auto košara koristi se za potrebe visinskih radova poput montaže, popravaka, održavanja i sl. U ovom radu uređaj je predviđen za jednog radnika s pratećim alatom. Omogućen je vertikalni i horizontalni pomak pomoću hidrauličkih cilindara te rotacija oko vertikalne osi pomoću elektromotora. Rad započinje uvodnim razmatranjem raznih vrsta teleskopskih auto košara za različite namjene i u različitim izvedbama, slijedi pregled načina rada uređaja i različita rješenja za pojedine funkcije. Pomoći prikazanih rješenja u morfološkoj matrici odabire se optimalna varijanta koja će se nadalje razrađivati. Proračun konstrukcije podijeljen je u četiri dijela: košara, spoj košare i teleskopa, teleskop i postolje. Provjeravaju se kritični spojevi (nosiva konstrukcija, zavari, osovine, svornjaci), elementi vođenja (ležajevi, hodni valjčići) i pogonski članovi (hidraulički cilindri, elektromotor). Konstrukcijsko rješenje dobiveno je projektiranjem u programskom paketu Solidworks te je napravljen glavni sklopni crtež, potom sklopni crtež košare, teleskopa i postolja.

Abstract

Telescopic boom lift is used for work (mounting, repairs, maintenance, etc. ) that needs to be performed at height. In this thesis, the device is intended for a single worker with a supporting tool. Vertical and horizontal displacements are enabled by hydraulic cylinders and rotation around the vertical axis is motor driven. At the beginning of this paper types of telescopic boom lifts for different uses are shown. Next, an overview of the working principle is given as well as suggestions of different solutions for each function. Using the solutions presented in the morphological matrix, an optimal variant is chosen and further elaborated. Structural calculations are devided into four parts: basket, basket and telescope coupling, telescope and base. Critical joints (load-bearing structure, welds, shafts, pins), guiding elements (bearings, roller bearings) and drive members (hydraulic cylinders, motor) are calculated and checked if they conform to the exploatation requirements. The solution is designed in Solidworks where the main assembly drawing was made, followed by an assembly drawing of basket, telescope and base.
