Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom završnom radu objašnjen je način rada ručno pokretane dvočeljusne bubanjske kočnice koja se često primjenjuje u industriji, naročito kod prijenosnika snage i dizala, a osnovna zadaća je osiguranje vratila od pokretanja prilikom servisa stroja ili kod osiguranja tereta u određenom položaju. Izvedena je sinteza mehanizma, dimenzioniranje i proračun čvrstoće svih bitnih dijelova kočnice.

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis, the way of operation of a manually operated dual caliper drum brake mechanism is explained. This type of brake mechanism is often used in the industry, especially in power transmission systems and lifts. Basic task is to secure the shaft from startup when servicing the machine or securing the load in a certain position. Mechanism synthesis, dimensioning and calculation of all essential brake components has been performed.
