Abstract (Croatian)
U okviru ovog rada preoblikovan je humonoidni edukacijski robot Poppy na način da je omogućena ugradnja novih elektromotra koji će gotovo prepoloviti cijenu robota, a zadržati funkcije koje je taj robot sposoban obaviti - edukacijski i pokazne funkcije koje zahtjevaju posebne značajke pametnih servo motora namijenjenih robotici. Osim toga, struktura robota je promijenjena kako bi se moglo ugraditi računalo Raspberry Pi kao kontrolna jedinica te zaslon na "glavi" robota čime bi se proširile mogućnoti edukacijskih i sličnih primjena. CAD modeli i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu Solidworks 2016.
Abstract
The premise of this work is to redesign Poppy the humanoid educational robot to accommodate a different type of electric motors to lower the cost of building the robot by nearly half, whilst keeping the functionality of the robot itself - educational and demonstrational functions which require the special functions of the smart servo motors for robotic purposes. Additionally the robot's structure was modified to accommodate the Raspberry Pi computer as its control unit and a screen on the robot's "head" to expand the educational scope of the robot. CAD models and all of the technical documentation were made in Solidworks 2016 software.
