Abstract (Croatian)

Zadatak završnog rada pod nazivom „Projekt grijanja stambene zgrade“ bio je izraditi projekt sustava grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode stambene zgrade smještene na području grada Zagreba s dvadeset i četiri stana na tri etaže ukupne površine 1790 m2 prema zadanoj arhitektonskoj podlozi. Plinski kondenzacijski kotao, smješten u prizemlju predviđen je kao izvor topline za pripremu potrošne tople vode i za sustav podnog niskotemperaturnog grijanja s temperaturnim režimom tople vode 35/30 °C. Podno niskotemperaturno grijanje dimenzionirano je prema uputama proizvođača na temelju prethodno određenih toplinskih gubitaka svake prostorije. U programu IntegraCAD, napravljen je proračun toplinskog opterećenja za zadanu zgradu prema normi HRN EN 12831, a prema normi HRN EN 13790 izračunata je godišnja potrebna toplinska energija za grijanje i zgrada je svrstana u energetski razred B. Na raspolaganju za proračun bio je elektro-priključak 220/380; 50Hz kao izvor električne energije i vodovodni priključak tlaka 5 bar. U prilogu se nalazi tehnička dokumentacija koja sadrži nacrte koji definiraju smještaj opreme po etažama i funkcionalnu shemu spajanja opreme.

Abstract

Main task of paper „Design of heating system for residential building“ was to make heating and domestic hot water project for residential building located in the city of Zagreb with twentyfour apartments on three floors with overall area of 1790 m2 based on default architecture drawings. Gas condensing boiler is placed in unheated basement and its role is to serve as a heat source for domestic hot water preparation and for low temperature underfloor heating system with hot water temperatures of 35/30 °C. Underfloor heating was designed with manufacturer specifications based on earlier determined heat losses for every room. IntegraCAD software was used to determine heat losses of residential building according to HRN EN 12831 norm, and based on HRN EN 13790 norm, yearly energy performance of given residential building was calculated. For purpose of calculations was available power supply 220/380; 50 HZ as source of electric energy and 5 bar plumbing connection. All technical drawings which define equipment positioning on each floor along with functional connection scheme can be found in attachment.
