Tema ovog završnog rada je “Koncept uvođenja Šest sigma metodologije u poduzeće Feroimpex d.o.o.”. U radu je predstavljena Šest sigma kao metodologija kojoj je cilj sustavno upravljanje kvalitetom proizvoda i usluga. Opisane su osnovne značajke metodologije te njezina pozadina na području statistike. Navedene su metodologije, uloge sudionika te metrike i alati koje se koriste prilikom implementacije. Nakon teoretskog dijela metodologije razrađen je koncept uvođenja na odabrani proizvodni proces u poduzeću Feroimpex d.o.o. U prvome dijelu rada nalaze se podaci o osnovnim postavkama Šest sigma metodologije te njezinom nastanku i razvoju kroz godine. Obrađena je njezina statistička pozadina te metrika sposobnosti procesa i broja nesukladnosti. Drugi dio rada govori o uvjetima koji su bitni kako bi se implementacija mogla uspješno provesti. Navedene su uloge voditelja timova u Šest sigma projektu te njihov djelokrug. Opisane su dvije razrađene metodologije koje se slijede prilikom uvođenja, DMAIC i DMADV. U trećem dijelu predočen je kratak primjer implementacije u poduzeću PSG Industrial Institute. Nakon toga detaljno je razrađen koncept uvođenja Šest sigma koristeći DMAIC metodologiju u poduzeće Feroimpex d.o.o.

Abstract

The theme of this paper is “The concept of implementaiton of Six sigma methodology in Feroimpex d.o.o. company”. In this paper Six sigma is presented as a methodology whose purpose is a systematic control of product and service quality. The basic features of the methodology and its background in the field of statistics are briefly described. Furthermore, the methodologies, participant roles, metrics and tools used during implementation are mentioned. After the theoretical part of the methodology, the concept of implementation in a selected production process was developed in Feroimpex d.o.o. company. In the first part of the paper there are data on the basic characteristics of Six Sigma methodology and its emergence and development throughout the years. Its statistical background has been worked out, as well as the metrics of the process's ability and the number of defects. The second part of the paper discusses the conditions that are essential for a successfully conducted implementation. The roles of team leaders in the Six Sigma project are listed, as well as their scope. Two elaborate methodologies, DMAIC and DMADV, that are being followed during the implementation are then described. In the third part, a brief example of implementation at PSG Industrial Institute is presented. Subsequently, the Six Sigma implementation concept using DMAIC methodology is developed in Feroimpex d.o.o. company.
