Abstract (Croatian)

Tematika ovog završnog rada odnosi se na prikupljanje i analizu podataka prikupljenih od konkretne tvrtke koja se bavi proizvodnjom mjernih transformatora. Cilj je dobivanje jasnije slike o ključnom dijelu procesa. U početnom dijelu rada pobliže je opisana sama tvrtka te njen proizvodni asortiman. Nakon upoznavanja s poduzećem detaljno je opisan jedan od proizvoda koji se najviše proizvodi, ukratko je opisana funkcijsko vremenska mapa te je ista izrađena za odabrani proizvod. U središnjem dijelu rada detaljnije je opisan ključan dio procesa, ukratko je objašnjena mapa toka vrijednosti te je ista izrađena za ključan dio procesa. Uz to, provedena je analiza podataka s ciljem povećanja iskoristivosti opreme i efikasnosti procesa. U završnom dijelu, ponuđeno je nekoliko prijedloga poboljšanja proizvodnog procesa, poput reorganizacije prostornog rasporeda i smanjenja vremena trajanja samog procesa te opći zaključci o provedenoj analizi.

Abstract

The essay presents the analysis of the data gathered from the specific company that works on the production of instrument transformers. The aim is to get a clearer picture of the key part of the process. The beginning of the essay offers a close description of the company and its production assortment. The introduction of the company is followed by a detailed description of one of the most produced products and a brief presentation of a time function map. The time function map is, as well, presented for the chosen product. The main part of this essay elaborates the key part of the process and explains a value stream map that was composed for the described process. Besides that, the analysis of the data was conducted for the purpose of increasing the use of the equipment and the efficiency of the process. The conclusion offers a few suggestions on how to improve the production process, such as re-organisation of the spatial layout and reduction of the time needed for the process itself. It contains general conclusions about conducted analysis, as well.
