Abstract (Croatian)

Cilj ovog rada je istražiti uzroke i posljedice djelovanja mehaničkog i korozivnog trošenja na mehanička svojstva crpnih cijevi u bušotinama nafte. Crpne cijevi su bitan dio proizvodnog sustava bušotine, a djeluju u teškim uvjetima rada pod povišenom temperaturom i tlakom stoga materijal za izradu mora imati zahtjevana svojstva za takve uvjete kako bi proizvodnost i radni vijek bušotine, i samih cijevi, bio optimalan. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisan je način rada bušotine i funkcija crpnih cijevi te materijali od kojih se cijevi izrađuju. Također su opisani uvjeti rada cijevi, mehanizmi dotrajavanja te zahtjevana svojstva materijala koji se upotrebljavaju. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada izmjerena je tvrdoća, provedeno je statičko-vlačno ispitivanje, mjerena je debljina stijenke ultrazvučnom metodom i provedena je mikrostrukturna analiza pod svjetlosnim mikroskopom. Rezultati provedenih ispitivanja pokazali su da najveći utjecaj na pad proizvodnosti crpnih cijevi ima mehaničko trošenje i korozija.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the causes and consequences of mechanical and corrosive wear on the mechanical properties of tubing pipes in oil wells. Tubing pipes are an integral part of the borehole production system and operate under heavy duty conditions at elevated temperature and pressure, therefore the tubing material must have properties for such conditions in order to optimize the productivity and service life of boreholes and pipes themselves. In the theoretical part of the paper, the method of drilling and pumping functions and materials from which pipes are made is described. Also described are the working conditions of the pipes, the deteriorating mechanisms and the required properties of the materials being used. In the experimental part of this paper hardness was measured, static-pressure test was performed, wall thickness was measured by ultrasound method and microstructural analysis under light microscopy was performed. The results of the conducted tests have shown that the greatest impact on the flow rate of tubing pipes was mechanical wear and corrosion.
