Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu analizirana je čvrstoća utovarne lopate viličara. Za dobivenu geometriju utovarne lopate, određena su opterećenja koja djeluju na pojedini dio konstrukcije. Čvrstoća pojedinih dijelova konstrukcije analizirana je analitički i numerički pomoću metode konačnih elemenata. Za dijelove složene geometrije koje nije bilo moguće proračunati analitički, napravljena je samo numerička analiza. Spomenute analize napravljene su za kritični položaj lopate kod utovara i istovara tereta.

Abstract

In this thesis, the strength of a loading bucket mounted on a forklift is analyzed. For a given geometry, the loads that are applied to a specific design elements are determined. Strength of the specific design element is analyzed analytically and numerically using the finite element method. Complex geometry parts for which the analytical calculus is not possible are analyzed only numerically. The mentioned analyses are given for the bucket’s critical position during the loading and discharging of the cargo.
