Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada je optimizacija proizvodnog procesa primjenom metoda statistička analiza (eng. Statistical process control – SPC) proizvodnog procesa. U prvom dijelu opisan je proizvodni park i asortiman tvrtke Feroimpex d.o.o. te naveden način provođenja kontrole kvalitete. Način komunikacije između odjela u tvrtki, te dogovori oko narudžbi sa kupcima i dobavljačima prikazani su u mapi toka vrijednosti. U mapi toka vrijednosti prikazan je i proizvodni proces čija je ćelija predmet statističke analize. Nadalje, opisana su i klasificirana tehnološka vremena promatrane ćelije. Opisana tehnološka vremena su snimljena u gore navedenoj tvrtki, te je provedena statistička analiza istih.

Abstract

The topic of this article is the optimization of the production process by applying a statistical process control (SPC). The first part describes the production park and range of products of the company Feroimpex d.o.o. and the way of performing quality control. The method of communication between the departments in the company and the dealings with customers and suppliers are shown in the flow chart of values. In the flow chart of values is also shown the production process whose production place is subject to statistical analysis. Furthermore, the classified technological times of the observed production place are also described. The described technological times were recorded in the company above and a statistical analysis was carried out.
