Abstract (Croatian)
U sklopu ovoga diplomskog rada izrađen je dinamički energetski model obiteljske kuće i termotehničkih sustava. Provedene su simulacije rada sustava te je izvršena njihova analiza. Obiteljska kuća definirane geometrije i građevinskih materijala nalazi se na području Kvarnera te koristi dizalicu topline zrak-voda za pripremu ogrjevne i rashladne vode. Energetski model izrađen je pomoću računalnog paketa programa TRNSYS te se sastoji od sustava grijanja i hlađenja obiteljske kuće, pripreme potrošne tople vode i zagrijavanja vode vanjskog bazena. Model termotehničkih sustava nadograđen je regulacijskim elementima s ciljem optimizacije rada sustava. U radu je detaljno prikazan postupak izrade energetskog modela višezonske zgrade u korisničkom sučelju TRNBuild. Uz tehnički opis, pojašnjena je matematika energetskih modela svake komponente termotehničkog sustava. U posljednjem poglavlju prikazani su rezultati simulacija rada sustava. Simulacijama je utvrđena maksimalna potrebna snaga grijanja i hlađenja te je izračunata godišnja potrošnja energije za grijanje i hlađenje zgrade. Također je analiziran utjecaj regulacije termotehničkih sustava na potrošnju energije.
Abstract
In the scope of this master’s thesis a dynamic energy model of a family house and HVAC systems was developed. Simulations of the HVAC systems and their analysis were performed. The family house of defined geometry and building material is located in the Kvarner area and it uses an air-to-water heat pump for the preparation of heating and cooling water. The energy model was developed using computer software package TRNSYS and consists of family house heating and cooling system, domestic hot water preparation and water heating of an outdoor pool. The HVAC systems model was upgraded with control elements to optimize system operation. The thesis contains detailed description of multizone building energy model development in the user interface TRNBuild. Along with technical description, the mathematics of each HVAC system components’ energy model is explained. In the last chapter the simulation results are shown. Maximum required heating and cooling power is determined with the simulations and the annual energy consumption for heating and cooling of the building is calculated. The influence of the HVAC system control is analyzed as well.
