Abstract (Croatian)
U teorijskom dijelu rada opisane su legure aluminija korištene u zrakoplovstvu i korozijska postojanost aluminija. Opisani su pojavni oblici korozije na aluminiju te metode zaštite od korozije, pri čemu su detaljnije objašnjeni postupci korištenja inhibitora. Opisane su karakteristike cerija kao kemijskog elementa i sredstva za inhibiciju korozije te objašnjene regulative kojima se ograničava upotreba kromata. Opisana su korozijska elektrokemijska ispitivanja kojima se izvodio eksperimentalni dio rada. U eksperimentalnom dijelu su ispitane aluminijske legure oznake 2024-T3 tretirane otopinom natrijevog klorida te zasebno otopinom cerijevog klorida heptahidrata. Tretiranje uzoraka je provedeno uranjanjem uzoraka u navedene otopine. Ispitivanje je provedeno elektrokemijskim metodama nakon čega je provedeno ispitivanje površine stereomikroskopom. Nakon ispitivanja analizirani su rezultati.
Abstract
Aircraft aluminium alloys and aluminium corrosion resistance are described in theoretical part. Aluminium corrosion types and corrosion protection methods are presented. It is explained how to use inhibitors. Cerium characteristics, corrosion inhibitors and chromate restrictions are described. Finally, electrochemical measurements used in experimental part are presented. In experimental part one gruop of Aluminium alloys 2024-T3 are treated in natrium chloride solution and the another one in cerium chloride heptahydrate solution. Inhibition was conducted by immersion in solution. Testing was conducted with electrochemical methods. After electrochemical testing, surface stereo microscopic testing is carried out and results were analysed.
