Abstract (Croatian)

Zadatak je konstruirati mosni granik za podizanje i prenošenje ljevaoničkog lonca te izlijevanje rastaljenog metala iz lonca. Granik se mora sastojati od glavnog i pomoćnog mehanizma za dizanje. Glavnim se podiže i prenosi ljevaonički lonac, dok se pomoćnim izlijeva talina naginjanjem lonca te služi za pomoćne radove u ljevaonici. Za podizanje i prenošenje lonca koristi se kuka za ljevaonice, prilagođena visokim temperaturama, a za naginjanje lonca i pomoćne radove služi standardna kuka za podizanje. Na početku rada napravljen je uvodni pregled granika općenito te mosnih granika. Zatim slijedi kratki opis konceptualnih rješenja, gdje su navedena tri razmatrana koncepta. Uz obrazloženje odabira, odabrano je jedno konceptualno rješenje koje će se razrađivati. Središnji dio rada sadrži proračune mehanizama dizanja, pogona za vožnju vitla i mosta, okvira vitla te nosive konstrukcije. Napravljen je proračun za odabrane elemente mehanizma dizanja: užeta, lamelne kuke, standardne kuke, užnice, izravnavajuće užnice i bubnja. Odabran je pogon za vožnju vitla i mosta te je izvršena njihova provjera. Kod proračuna okvira vitla odabrani su i provjereni standardni profili (IPN, UPE, IPE), prekontrolirani su nosivi zavari i dimenzionirani su kotači za vožnju vitla. Proračun nosive konstrukcije sastoji se od dimenzioniranja glavnih nosača mosta, odabira i provjere čeonih nosača te dimenzioniranja kotača. Na kraju rada dolazi zaključak. Osim proračuna, bilo je potrebno napraviti tehničku dokumentaciju, odnosno sklopni crtež konstruiranog mosnog granika, kao i sklopne crteže mehanizama za dizanje i vožnju. Konstrukcija je modelirana u programskom paketu Solidworks i pomoću njega napravljena je tražena tehnička dokumentacija, koja je priložena uz diplomski rad.

Abstract

The task is to construct a bridge crane for hoisting and transferring a foundry pot and pouring molten metal from the pot. The crane must consist of a main and auxiliary hoisting mechanism. The main one raises and transfers the foundry pot, while the auxiliary one is used for pouring the melt by tilting of the pot and for auxiliary works in the foundry. A foundry hook, adapted for high temperatures, is used for hoisting and transferring pots, and a standard hook for tilting the pots and for auxiliary work in the foundry. An introductory overview of cranes in general and bridge cranes is given at the beginning of the thesis. After that, a brief description of the conceptual solutions, with the three concepts listed. One conceptual solution to be elaborated was chosen, along with the explanation for the choice. The central part of the thesis includes calculations of hoist mechanisms, hoist winches and bridge drives, winch frame and load-bearing structures. Calculations were made for selected crane elements: hoist rope, lamellar hook, standard hook, pulley, leveling pulley and rope drum. A winch and bridge drive was selected and controlled. In the calculation of the winch frame, standardized profiles (IPN, UPE, IPE) have been selected, load-bearing welds have been examined and winch wheels dimensioned. The calculation of the load-bearing structure consists of the dimensioning of the main bridge girders, the selection and checking of the side carriers and the dimensioning of the wheels. A conclusion is passed at the end of the thesis. In addition to the calculation, it was necessary to make technical documentation, ie. a sketch drawing of the constructed bridge crane, as well as the drawings of the hoisting and driving mechanisms. The design was formed in the Solidworks program package and the technical documentation required was made using it. The technical documentation is attached to the graduate thesis.
