Abstract (Croatian)
Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je preliminarno modelirati i dimenzionirati osnovne konstrukcijske elemente torzijske kutije krila velikog putničkog zrakoplova. U radu je korišten program za numeričku analizu metodom konačnih elemenata Abaqus/Standrad. U prvom poglavlju opisane su specifikacije zrakoplova Airbus A319 čija je torzijska kutija krila analizirana u ovom radu. Drugo poglavlje opisuje izradeni kod u programu Matlab za generičko modeliranje geometrije krila aviona u programu SolidWorks. Provedene su i aerodinamičke analize aeroprofila i krila u programu XFLR5. Takoder je napravljen i V-n dijagram koji je korišten pri analizi čvrstoće konstrukcije krila. U trećem poglavlju je opisana teorija ekvivalentne debljine panela čiji je model uspoređen s dva numerička modela. Četvrto poglavlje sadrži analizu čvrstoće torzijskih kutija krila u programu Abaqus/Standard. Opisani su koraci tijekom izrade modela torzijskih kutija te su navedeni konstrukcijski elementi krila. Postupak izračuna opterećenja je takoder opisan. U petom poglavlju navedeni su dobiveni rezultati, a u šestom slijedi zaključak gdje je cijeli rad ukratko izložen.
Abstract
The aim of this master’s thesis work is preliminary modeling and sizing of the wing box structure of a large passenger airplane. The structural strength of the wing box was analyzed using Abaqus/Standard. Specifications of the airplane Airbus A319, whose wing box models was analyzed in this work, are presented in the introduction of the thesis. The second chapter describes parametric modeling Matlab code for generic designing wing box structure in the software Solidworks. The analysis of the wing and the wing’s profiles using the program XFLR5 are also presented. The V-n diagram, which was used for the structural analysis in this work, is also described in this chapter. In the third chapter the theory of the equivalent panel thickness is presented whose model was compared with two numerical models. The fourth chapter describes the structural analysis of the wing boxes in the finite element software Abaqus/Standard. The steps for the definition of the numerical models are described in this chapter. These steps include the description of the wing structural elements and the process for the definition of the load. The results are presented in the fifth chapter while the conclusion, in which the whole process is recapitulated, is the final chapter of this work.
