Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati primjenu numeričkih simulacija koje se koriste kod oblikovanja zavarenih konstrukcija primjenjujući normu HRS CEN ISO/TS 18166. Potrebno je za zadani zavareni spoj provesti numeričku simulaciju pomoću programske aplikacije Visual Weld 11.0. i odabrane druge programske aplikacije te usporediti dobivene rezultate. U uvodnom, teoretskom dijelu ovog diplomskog rada ukratko je opisane su osnove numeričkih simulacija kao i njihova primjena u zavarivanju. Navedene su programske aplikacije koje se koriste za simulacije. Navedeni su mehanizmi za smanjenje zaostalih naprezanja i deformacija u zavarenim konstrukcijama. Eksperimentalni dio diplomskog rada proveden je na računalu, u programskoj aplikaciji Visual-Weld 11.0.. Dobiveni rezultati su podvrgnuti komparativnoj analizi s rezultatima dobivenih pomoću programske aplikacije Abaqus. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata donijeti su zaključci o usporedivosti i sljedivosti rezultata dobivenih različitim programskim aplikacijama.

Abstract

In this graduate thesis, the applicable numerical simulations used in formatting and construction using the HRS CEN ISO / TS 18166 standard are analyzed. The application for connection with numerical simulation needs to be met by the Visual Weld 11.0 application and selected other application applications are comparable to the resulting results. In the introductory, theoretical part of this graduate thesis, the basics of numerical simulations and their application in welding are briefly described. These are the applications that are used for simulations. Mechanisms for reducing backlog and deformation in welded constructions have been described. The experimental part of the graduate thesis is on a computer, in the Visual-Weld 11.0 software application. The results obtained are compared in comparison to the results obtained with the Abaqus program. On the basis of the results obtained, conclusions on comparability and traceability of the results obtained from various application programs.
