Abstract (Croatian)

Ovaj diplomski rad sadrži projektno rješenje sustava za grijanje i hlađenje hotela, sustav ventilacije i sustav za pripremu potrošne tople vode. Hotel se sastoji od četiri etaže ukupne površine od oko 1050 m 2 i smješten je na području grada Dubrovnika. Proračun toplinskog opterećenja je napravljen po normi HRN EN 12831, a proračun rashladnog opterećenja prema normi VDI 2078. Projektiran je sustav toplovodnog centralnog grijanja odnosno vodenog hlađenja, a za izvor ogrjevnog/rashladnog učina odabrana je dizalica topline zrak-voda. Zbog sigurnosti opskrbe ogrjevnim/rashladnim medijem kao izvor su uzete dvije manje dizalice topline ukupnog ogrjevnog/rashladnog učina 91,8 kW/93 kW. Kao ogrijevna tijela odabrani su kanalni ventilokonvektori, odnosno kupaonske ljestve. Temperaturni režim grijanja je 45/40°C, a hlađenja 7/12°C. Ukupni instalirani ogrjevni učin je 91,2 kW, dok rashladni učin iznosi 81,1 kW. Sustav pripreme potrošne tople vode se sastoji od dva polja solarnih kolektora te dizalice topline ogrjevnog učina 16 kW. Solarni kolektori su dimenzionirani prema normi HRN EN 15316-4-3 uz odabrana 2 bivalentna spremnika volumena po 1500 l. Solarni kolektori su smješteni na krovu zgrade i to na južnoj strani – 7 kolektora i na zapadnoj strani – 8 kolektora. Za održavanje visoke kvalitete zraka u prostorijama zgrade koristi se sustav mehaničke ventilacije. Za kuhinju, recepciju i dio sanitarnih prostorija koristi se ventilacijski sustav sačinjen od tlačno – odsisne ventilacijske jedinice s povratom topline i električnim grijačem te ventilacijskih kanala. Za ostale sanitarne prostorije koriste se lokalni kupaonski ventilator s funkcijom odsisa unutarnjeg zraka, protoka 100m 3 /h. Uz rad je priložena i tehnička dokumentacija sastavljena od crteža kojima su definirani raspored i montaža navedenih sustava te dvije funkcionalne sheme spajanja i regulacije sustava grijanja i pripreme potrošne tople vode.

Abstract

This thesis contains a technical solution for heating and cooling system, ventilation system and hot water preparation system for a hotel. The hotel, with a total usable area of about 1050 m 2 is located in the city of Dubrovnik and consists of four. Calculation of heat losses is made according to HRN EN 12831 norm and the cooling load is calculated according to VDI 2078. A central heating/cooling system of the building is designed, and for the source of the heating/cooling capacity is selected an air to water heat pump. Due to the safety of the heating/cooling liquid supply, two smaller heaters of the total heating / cooling capacity of 91.8 kW / 93 kW were taken as a source. As a heating/cooling element, fan coil units and towel radiators are selected. The heating regime is 45/40 ° C and the cooling is 7/12 ° C, while the total installed heating capacity is 91.2 kW, while the cooling cpacity is 81.1 kW. The domestic hot water heating system consists of two solar collector fields and 16 kW heat pump. Solar collectors are dimensioned according to HRN EN 15316-4-3 with the 2 selected bivalent tanks, 1500 l volume each. Solar collectors are located on the roof of the building on the south side - 7 collectors and on the west - 8 collectors. The mechanical ventilation system is used to maintain high-quality air in the building. For the kitchen, reception and part of the sanitary facilities, a ventilation system consists of a ventilation unit with a return of heat and ventilation ducts. For other sanitary facilities there is a local bathroom ventilator with an indoor air suction, flow 100m 3 /h. Along with the thesis is also provided technical documentation consisted of drawings defining the arrangement and installation of the above mentioned systems and two functional schemes of connection and regulation of heating system and preparation of domestic hot water.
