Abstract (Croatian)

U današnje vrijeme kada je produljena životna dob brojna je populacija ljudi starija od 60 godina. U tim godinama česti su prijelomi vrata bedrene kosti koji se događaju uslijed pada s većih visina i naglih pokreta. U svrhu bržeg zacjeljivanja vrata bedrene kosti ugrađuje se gama čavao. Gama čavao je implantat koji se ugrađuje u bedrenu kost zatvorenom operativnom tehnikom koja smanjuje traumu, gubitak krvi i mogućnost infekcije. U radu je provedeno ispitivanje dinamičke izdržljivosti gama čavla prema normi ASTM F384-06. Prema preporuci norme prije dinamičkog ispitivanja statičkim savojnim ispitivanjem određena je visina potrebnog cikličkog opterećenja. Za pridržavanje implantata tijekom statičkog i dinamičkog ispitivanja konstruirana je naprava koja je učvršćena na radnu plohu kidalice. Eksperimentalni rezultati kontrolirani su numeričkom metodom konačnih elemenata. Podaci o materijalu neophodni za provedbu računalne simulacije određeni su statičkim vlačnim pokusom na standardnim epruvetama.

Abstract

At the present time living age of populations is extended on more than 60 years old. In those years are common femoral neck fractures that occur due to falls from a higher position and sudden movements. In order to heal faster femoral neck incorporates a gamma nail. Gamma nail is the implant that is inserted into the femur closed surgical technique that reduces trauma, blood loss and the possibility of infection. Test of dynamic strength of gamma nail was carried out according to the ASTM F384-06. According to the recommendation before the dynamic test standard static bending test has been determine the height of the required cyclic loading. Acceptation of the implants during the static and dynamic tests is designed a device that is fastened to the working surface of the testing machine. Experimental results controlled by numerical finite element method. Information on the materials necessary for the implementation of computer simulations are determined with static tensile test on standard test tubes.
