Izborom opreme i postupaka za toplinsku obradu značajno se utječe na svojstva i cijenu strojnih dijelova i alata, te na konkurentnost ovog industrijskog sektora. Do sada nije u Republici Hrvatskoj sustavno analizirana primjena postupaka toplinske obrade i postojećih proizvodnih kapaciteta za ovu obradu. Stoga je cilj rada bio istražiti primjenu postupaka i opreme za toplinsku obradu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Istraživanje je provedeno po županijama kako bi se što bolje dobio uvid u postojeće kapacitete, kao i potrebe za njima. Kao referentno stanje primjene postupaka toplinske obrade analizirana je zastupljenost i trendovi primjene opreme za toplinsku obradu u razvijenim zemljama. Sastavljena je lista tvrtki koje su registrirane za toplinsku obradu u Republici Hrvatskoj i izrađen je «Upitnik» za korisnike toplinske obrade. Na temelju 23 pozitivna odgovora od 160 poslanih upita provedena je analiza potreba za pojedinim postupcima i raspodjela oprema za toplinsku obradu po županijama Republike Hrvatske. Iz analize rezultata ankete slijedi da su u Republici Hrvatskoj najzastupljeniji postupci toplinske obrade čitavog volumena s udjelom oko 80%, dok su postupci modificiranja i prevlačenja površina zastupljeni sa oko 20%. U industrijski razvijenim zemljama postupci čitavog volumena su zastupljeni s oko 33%, a postupci modificiranja i prevlačenja površina sa 67%.

Abstract

Selection of equipment and procedures for heat treatment significantly affects the performance and price of machine parts and tools, and the competitiveness of the industrial sector. In the Republic of Croatia usage of heat treatment processes and existing production capacity for this treatment has not been systematically analyzed yet. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore the usage of procedures and equipment for heat treatment in Croatia. The study was performed by counties in order to get better insight into existing facilities, as well as the need for them. As a reference of heat treatment procedures the incidence and trends of equipment usage for heat treatment was analyzed for developed countries. A list of companies that are registered for the implementation of heat treatment in Croatia was made, and the universal questionnaire was sent to all of these companies. Based on 23 positive responses from 160 sent, inquiry was conducted to analyze the need for certain procedures and distribution of equipment for heat treatment in the Croatian counties. From the analysis of questionnaire results follows that in the Republic of Croatia, the most common method is heat treatment of the whole volume that was represented with a share of about 80%, while the heat treatment metod of modification and coating surfaces was represented approximately 20%. In developed countries, the entire heat treatments of the whole volume was represented approximately 33%, and the methods of modification and coating surfaces with 67%.
