Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu je predstavljen jedan od pristupa rješa¬vanja problema ne-pneumatskog kompozitnog kotača i analiza nje¬govih mehaničkih karakteristika. Rad dovodi u vezu malu težinu i čvrstu, lijevanu, vlaknima ojačanu polimernu strukturu kotaca koja ima bolje mehaničke karakteristike od konvencionalnog pneu¬matskog kotača pri opterećenju. Posebna pažnja je posvećena odabiru uzoraka i potrebnim napravama za mjerenje. Opisana su potrebna mjerenja za određiva¬nje konstanti elastičnosti kompozitnih materijala. Predstavljena su mjerenja radijalnog progiba pojednosta¬vnjenog modela kotaca (cilindričnog laminata, odnosno cilin¬drične ljuske) i analitički određena naprezanja. Proveden je analitički proračun u svrhu potvrde rezultata mjerenja. Izvršeno je mjerenje pet različitih modela kotaca sa na¬glaskom na mjerenje otiska i odnosa opterećenje-radijalni progib. \Nakon mjerenja je izvršen proračun metodom konačnih ele¬menata i komparacija rezultata. U zaključku su dane neke mogućnosti primjene ne-pneumatskog kompozitnog kotaca, cijena koštanja, dobre i lose strane, i smjer daljnjih istraživanja.

Abstract

This paper presents one of the possible approaches for solving the problem of the non-pneumatic composite wheel and its analysis of mechanical characteristics. This paper relates to the light weight and strong, moulded, resilient fibber, rein-forced polymer wheel structure, having the mechanical character¬istics that are superior to those of conventional pneumatic wheel at loads. Particular attention is devote to selection of specimens and needed devices for measuring. Accordingly, measurements for determining the elastic constants of composite materials are be¬ing described. Further, some measurement's deflection of simplified wheel (cylindrical laminate or cylindrical shell) and analytical de¬termined stresses are being presented. Analytical calculation needed for confirming result of measuring was also show. Measurements are doing on comparison five models of non-pneumatic composite wheel, emphasising the wheel traces and the relation between load-radial deflection. Following the measur¬ing, is the calculation under FEM method and the comparison of the results. The conclusion presents some possibilities for practical usage of the non-pneumatic composite wheel, its coast price, positive and negative characteristics and suggests some direc¬tions for the future research.
