Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je metodom konačnih elemenata provedena računalna analiza samonosive prostorne okvirne konstrukcije aerodromskog autobusa. Modeliran je proračunski model i definirani su rubni uvjeti. Model maksimalno opterećen statičkim silama poslužio je za optimalizaciju strukture. Kod modalne analize, sile na modelu su zamijenjene koncentriranim masama. Optimalizacijom je smanjena masa konstrukcije stanjivanjem stijenki cijevi s unutarnje strane, pa promjena proizvodnih naprava u proizvodnom procesu nije potrebna. Modalnom analizom dobivene su vlastite frekvencije i načini vibriranja okvira maksimalno opterećenog putnicima i bez putnika. U radu su za potrebnu analizu ukratko pokazane mogućnosti korištenog računalskog programa s kojim su uspoređeni neki drugi programi.

Abstract

In this study finite element (FE) method was used for numerical analysis of airport bus frame design. FE model was determined and boundary conditions as well. For optimization process based on static analysis, the forces acting on FE model were relevant. On the other hand, for modal analysis these forces were replaced with lumped mass elements. Optimization with the objective of decreasing mass was conducted for maximal load condition. Thicknesses of tube walls are chosen as design parameters because by changing parameters from the inner side of tubes, manufacturing could be handled without changing production tools. For the modal elaboration of the finite element model, calculation of natural frequencies and mode shapes was made. This eigenvalue problem was solved for two load cases: the bus frame design fully loaded with passengers and the one without passengers. Main features of the numerical program used in the study were shown. Some other most popular FE codes present on the market today were compared with the FE program used for analysis.
