Abstract (Croatian)

U radu se razvijaju projektne procedure i matematički modeli za osnivanje trgovačkih brodova pune forme. Posebna je pozornost posvećena dvama dominantnim skupinama ovakvih brodova: brodovima za prijevoz rasutih tereta i brodovima za prijevoz tekućih tereta (tankerima). Izložena projektna procedura je zajednička za obje skupine i može se primijeniti u postupku osnivanja broda različitim metodama: od najjednostavnijih metoda priručnim alatima do suvremenih složenih optimizacijskih metoda i postupaka. Izložena procedura uključuje ne samo mogućnost optimiranja osnovnih izmjera broda, već i komercijalnih efekata gradnje broda. Prezentirani matematički model osnivanja broda se osniva na dugogodišnjem projektantovom iskustvu. Iz preko 150 izvedenih projekata i preko 40 izgrađenih novogradnji u Brodogradilištu Brodosplit je selektiran veliki broj podataka o brodovima. Zasnovano na tim podacima su dane preporuke za projektiranje koje su prikazane slikama i dijagramima. Kao optimizacijska metoda je primijenjena metoda višeatributne sinteze projekta. Programska aplikacija predmetne metode je razvijena na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu. Projektnim atributima su pridružene pripadne neizrazite funkcije. Relativni odnosi značaja među pojedinim projektnim atributima su definirani matricom subjektivnih relativnih preferencija u skladu sa Saaty-evom metodom. Izloženi su i komentirani primjeri osnivanja dvaju brodova korištenjem opisane projektne metode i pripadnih matematičkih modela: broda za prijevoz rasutih tereta Capesize veličine i tankera za prijevoz naftnih derivata Handymax veličine. Rezultat primijenjene optimizacijske procedure je određeni broj nedominiranih efikasnih rješenja. Odabir projektnog rješenja je projektantova odluka osnovana na njegovim subjektivnim preferencijama.

Abstract

This work deals with design procedures and mathematical models applicable in initial design of merchant ships with high block coefficient. Special attention has been paid to two dominant ships' groups: bulk carriers and tankers. Presented design procedure is common for both groups and it can be applied using various application techniques: from the simplest handy methods to the most sophisticated optimisation methods and techniques. Presented procedure includes optimisation of main ship's characteristics as well as optimisation of commercial effects of newbuildings. Mathematical models are based on designer's long-time work experience. Large number of data have been derived from more than 150 executed designs and more than 40 ships built in Shipyard Brodosplit. Recommendations for execution of design are shown in number of pictures and diagrams and are based on collected data and work experience. A multiatribute decision making method has been applied. Computer optimisation program developed at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb has been applied. Each attribute was defined through membership grade function based on the fuzzy set theory. The consistent relative significance of attributes is obtained as a normalised eigenvector of the subjective decision making matrix and used as the weighting factor according to Saaty’s method. Two examples of design procedure are shown and commented: optimisation of design of Capesize Bulk Carrier and Handymax Product Tanker. Result of optimisation procedure is number of nondominated efficient solutions. Preferred solution is one of selected among them when designer preferences are completely revealed.
