U radu je primijenjena eksergetska i eksergoekonomska analiza tipičnog toplinskog procesa u industriji. Najprije je dan pregled potrošnje i korištenja energije u hrvatskoj industriji tijekom višegodišnjeg razdoblja, te su izložene skupine najvećih industrijskih potrošača s analizom njihovih procesa i stanja energetske efikasnosti. Razmotreni su tipični toplinski procesi u analognim industrijama s primijenjenim naprednim rješenjima, te je na temelju toga izrađen model teoretskog reprezentativnog procesa za daljnja promatranja. Teorijski temelji za primijenjenu metodologiju su načela eksergetske analize, eksergoekonomske analize, te teorije eksergetskih troškova ako ključne podloge. Potonja teorija je posebno interesantna kao suvremeni i drugačiji pristup analitici tehničkih i ekonomskih karakteristika, te je pokušaj njene primjene osnova ovog rada. Na jednostavnom primjeru iskušano je korištenje univerzalnog izraza za eksergetsku efikasnost, čija je metodologija postavljena 1980-tih. Izložena metodologija je primijenjena na odabranom teoretskom modelu, razdijeljenom na tri funkcionalne cjeline. Za svaku cjelinu izvršena je eksergetska i eksergoekonomska analiza. Dobiveni rezultati su se varirali promjenom ulaznih veličina radi ustanovljenja odziva karakteristika tokova u procesu. Razmotrene su mogućnosti daljnjih istraživanja i primjene na ovaj način dobivenih rezultata. Ključna značajka obrađene teme je povezivanje ekonomskih i energetskih karakteristika procesa koji bi se analizirali u uvjetima prisutnima kod velikih potrošača energije u Hrvatskoj.

Abstract

In this work, the exergetic and exergoeconomic analysis of the typical industrial thermal process is applied. A survey of the use of energy in Croatian industry for a longer period is given, and the groups of larger energy consumers are presented, with the analysis of their processes and the status of energy efficiency. Some typical energy processes in corresponding industries with applied advanced solutions were regarded, and, based on that, a model of representative theoretical process was made for further studying. The fundaments for the applied methodology are the principles of the exergy analysis, of the exergoeconomic analysis, and of the theory of exergetic costs, as the key element. The latter theory is especially interesting as a modern and different approach to the analyzing of technical and economical issues, and the attempt of applying it on some example is the basis of this work. The use of the universal expression for the exergetic efficiency, the methodology for which was set in 1980's, was tested on a simple example. The exhibited methodology was applied on the chosen theoretical model, which was divided into three functional compounds. For each of these compounds, the exergetic and exergoeconomic analysis was performed. The obtained results were variated through input change in order to get the response from the changing process flow characteristics. The possibilities of further research and application of the results obtained this way were regarded. The key feature of the topic of this work is the linking of economic and energy characteristics of processes which are intended to be analyzed in conditions present at the large energy consumers in Croatia.
