Abstract (Croatian)

Izrada bademovog mlijeka relativno je jednostavan i razvijen proces. U uvodnom dijelu pronađena su poznata rješenja za kućansku izradu i masovnu industrijsku proizvodnju, te je pretraženo tržište za konkurentnim strojevima s mogućnošću prerade količine materijala zadane ulaznim podacima zadatka. Nakon definiranja glavnih funkcija proizvoda sastavljena je morfološka matrica te su kombinacijom rješenja osmišljena 2 različita koncepta. Evaluacijom istih odabrano je jedno rješenje te je ono do kraja razrađeno. Prilikom konstruiranja i detaljne razrade često su najprije uzimane aproksimacije u opterećenjima a zatim su odabrane dimenzije provjerene na stvarno opterećenje. U radu su prikazani samo konačni izračuni. Kako proces usitnjavanja badema nije potpuno definiran i kako ne postoje neki egzaktni načini rješavanja problema potrebne snage pogona istih, rješenja su potražena u iskustvenim podacima te aproksimaciji opće razvijene teorije rezanja materijala, naravno s većim faktorom sigurnosti pri dimenzioniranju komponenti. Na kraju je uređaj prikazan modelom načinjenim CAD paketom i tehničkom dokumentacijom glavnog sklopa.

Abstract

The making of almond milk i relatively simple and developet process. At the beginning of development process solutions were found for the home and mass industry production, and the the marked was searched for competitive products that have the capacity approximate to the one defined by the given task. After defining the main product funcions, morphological matrix was assembled and combining various solutions 2 different concepts were designed. Subsequently after their evaluation 1 was chosen for detail design. During the beginning of designing process approximations of the loads were often used and selected dimension afterwards checked for real loads. Only the ending calculations were given in the document. As the process of almond grinding is not fully defined and there are no exact ways to calculate power consumptio, solutions are searched for in the practical data and approximation of material cutting theory, respectively to the structural safety of components. In the end the machine is presented with a CAD model and in form of technical documentation.
