Abstract (Croatian)

U radu se izlaze analitička metoda određivanja unutarnjih sila i momenata u tankostjenim osno-simetričnim Ijuskama, izloženim istovremenom djelovanju mehaničkog i toplinskog opterećenja. Pri tome je težiste rada postavljeno na analizu sila i pomaka u stijenci uslijed toplinskog opterećenja, ali je obuhvaćeno i opterećenje spremnika mehaničkim silama i momentima, da bi se mogao provesti cjeloviti proračun realne konstrukcije. U teoretskom dijelu izlaganja izveden je sustav jednadžbi dinamičke teorije termoelastičnosti. Nadalje, na osnovama kvazistatičke teorije termoelastičnosti, izvedeni su izrazi za unutarnje sile, momente i pomake kod najjednostavnijih osno-simetričnih Ijuski, kao sto su cilindrična, sferna i konusna Ijuska. Primjena metode proračuna ilustrirana je na primjeru sfernog spremnika opterećenog hidrostatskim tlakom, tlakom pare, vlastitom težinom i nehomogenim temperaturnim poljem, promjenjivim u prijelaznom periodu, tijekom punjenja spremnika ukapljenim plinom. U svrhu određivanja temperaturnih naprezanja u sfernoj Ijuski, kompleksni izrazi općeg oblika transformirani su na jednostavniji oblik, prikladan za uporabu. Pomoću tako izvedenih matematičkih izraza i na osnovu uvjeta opterećenja i rubnih uvjeta formiran je matematički model. Za provedbu proračuna kreiran je program za elektroničko računalo, koji se može uporabiti za slobodno odabrane geometrijske parametre i veličine opterećenja. Rezultati dobiveni pomoću programa kreiranog za realiziranje analitičke metode proračuna na računalu usporedeni su sa rezultatima metode konačnih elemenata, dobivenim pomoću programskog paketa NISA.

Abstract

The paper deals with analytical method of determination of internal forces and moments in thin-walled axissymmetric shells exposed to simultaneous action of mechanical and heat load. The largest part of this work is directed to forces and displacements analysis in a wall due to heat load as well as reservoir load by mechanical forces and moments. This latter was required to enable performance of the complete real construction calculation. Equation system of dinamic thermoelasticity theory was carried out in a theoretical part of presentation, Furthermore, expressions for internal forces, moments and displacements at the simplest axissimmetric shells such as cylindrical, spherical and conical shell were performed on the bases of quasistatical thermoelasticity theory. Application of calculation method was illustrated on the example of spherical reservoir loaded by hydrostatic pressure, steam pressure, own weight and nonhomogeneous temperature field, changeable in a transitional period, during reservoir filling by instilled gas. in order to determine heat stresses in a spherical shell, complex expressions of general configuration were transformed into a simpler one, more suitable for use. A mathematical model was formed on the basis of load and edge conditions and such developed mathematical expressions. A program for electronic computer which could be used for freely chosen geometrical parameters and load levels was created for calculation performance. Results obtained by the program created for realizing analytical calculation methods were compared to the results of Finite Element Method achieved by a program NISA packet.
