Abstract (Croatian)
Cilj ovog rada je dati ocjenu pouzdanosti koncepata kosilica za travu FMEA metodom. Na početku će se razmatrati pojam pouzdanosti i njezin utjecaj na proizvod, njegove funkcije i karakteristike, kao i na prodajne rezultate. Iz ovog razmatranja proizaći će razlozi za sam postupak analize pouzdanosti kao podloge za njeno unapređenje. Slijedi prikaz FMEA metode analize pouzdanosti kao najčešće korištene metode. Razmotrit će se temeljni principi ove metode, njezin razvoj, razlozi primjene i primjeri razvojnih procesa i industrija koje je primjenjuju. Dano je detaljno objašnjenje načina izvođenja analize, od odabira problema te potrebnih resursa i informacija do interpretacije rezultata i postupaka koji trebaju uslijediti nakon završetka analize. Provedba analize prikazana je na primjeru petoro koncepata motorne kosilice koji će biti analizirani do razine glavnih podsustava. Rezultati analize svih koncepata uspoređuju se sa svrhom usporedbe koncepata po kriteriju pouzdanosti te određivanja daljnjih smjernica za povećanje pouzdanosti koncepta koji će biti daljnje razrađivan.
Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to provide an evaluation of lawn mower concepts by means of FMEA methodology. The first step is to consider the concept of reliability, and the effect is has on the product, its functions and characteristics, as well on sale results. The discussion results in the reasons for performing the analysis of reliability as a basis for its improvement. Following is the description of the FMEA method analysis as the most used method. Founding principles of this method will be considered, its development, the application reasoning, and the examples of development processes and industries which apply this method. Detailed explanation of analysis execution is given, from the choice of the problem, and required resources and information, up to results interpretation which should occur once the analysis is complete. Analysis execution is demonstrated on an example of five lawn mower concepts which are analyzed up to main subsystem level. The results of the analysis are compared with the goal of comparing the concepts with respect to reliability criteria, and determining future guidelines for reliability improvement of the concept chosen for further development.
