Abstract (Croatian)

Električni i elektronički (EE) proizvodi i oprema imaju značajan udio u suvremenoj potrošnji te slijedom toga i velik utjecaj na okoliš. Briga o okolišu i želja za ekonomičnim korištenjem prirodnih resursa čine razmatranje procesa recikliranja neizostavnim korakom, kako već na samom početku − pri konstruiranju EE opreme, tako, posebno, i kada se proces recikliranja mora realizirati, prethodno oblikovanim, odgovarajućim, sustavom. Postojeći destruktivni sustavi recikliranja uobičajeno su usmjereni na obrađivanje širokog spektra dotrajalih proizvoda istovremeno, zahtijevaju velika investicijska sredstva, nisu fleksibilni, a sekundarne sirovine dobivene obradom otpada sadrže nečistoće i opasne tvari. Kako bi se ovo unaprijedilo, na kraju životnog vijeka proizvoda kao alternativa se nameće automatsko rastavljanje proizvoda. Automatski sustavi za diskretno rasklapanje trenutačno se primjenjuju samo za pojedine otpadne EE proizvode. Razvoj tih sustava usko je povezan s primjerenim oblikovanjem i praćenjem životnog ciklusa proizvoda, napretkom robota i senzorike te potražnjom za sekundarnim sirovinama i zakonskom regulativom. U radu su naznačene postavke oblikovanja proizvoda za recikliranje i postojeće tehnologije rasklapanja. Na primjeru tvrdog diska računala razmotreno je oblikovanje fleksibilnog automatskog sustava rasklapanja, koje uključuje: analizu proizvoda za rasklapanje, postavljanje funkcijskog plana demontaže, primjenu metode procjene vremena i troškove rasklapanja za varijante sustava s jednim i dva industrijska robota, specifikaciju opreme i računalno oblikovanje sustava.

Abstract

Electrical and electronic products and equipment (e-equipment) have a significant proportion of contemporary consumption and consequently a large impact on the environment. Caring for the environment and desire for economical use of natural resources constitute the process of recycling as an essential step, at the very beginning − when designing e-equipment, and particularly, when the recycling process must occur by previously designed, appropriate system. Existing destructive recycling systems are usually focused on the treatment of a wide range of products at the same time, requiring a large investment funds, they are not flexible, and secondary raw material obtained by treatment of waste contain hazardous substances and impurities. In order to improve this, at the end of the product life-cycle, the automatic disassembly is imposed as an alternative to present recycling systems. Automatic systems for discrete disassembly are currently applied only to certain e-products. Development of these systems is closely related to the appropriate design and monitoring of the product life-cycle, the progress of robots and sensorics as well as the market demand for secondary raw materials and legislation. This paper gives basics of product design for recycling and the existing disassembly technologies. In the example of computer hard disk, development of flexible automatic disassembly system is considered, which includes: an analysis of product for disassembly, functional plan of disassembly, application of method for estimation of time and cost of disassembly with one and two industrial robots, specification of equipment and computer-aided design of disassembly system.
