Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je razrađena metodologija razvoja ekspertnog sustava za rješavanje problema abrazijskog trošenja. Sažeto su prikazane osnovne značajke ekspertnih sustava. Na temelju načela izgradnje ekspertnih sustava, razrađene su sljedeće faze razvoja ekspertnog sustava za rješavanje problema abrazijskog trošenja: identifikacija problema, analiza problema i konceptualizacija problema. U fazi identifikacije problema opisana je problematika trošenja, određeni su potrebni izvori znanja te je izvršen proces prikupljanja znanja. U fazi analize problema analizirano je prikupljeno znanje, te su na temelju toga izvedeni određeni zaključci i pravila. Metodologija rješavanja problema abrazijskog trošenja temelji se na logici rješavanja stručnjaka za trošenje, te je prikazana na nekoliko konkretnih primjera iz prakse. U fazi konceptualizacije osmišljena je struktura ekspertnog sustava. Sistematizirani su podaci o materijalima otpornih trošenju, te je definirana struktura i kriteriji za pretraživanje baze znanja. Razrađena je logika rada algoritma (mehanizma zaključivanja) za analizu tribosustava i izbor materijala, predložen je model predstavljanja i pretraživanja baze znanja te je opisan rad pojedinih modula ekspertnog sustava.

Abstract

In the thesis the methedology of expert system development for problem solving of abrasion wear has been analysed. The main characteristics of the expert systems have been briefly described. On the basis of the expert system development, the following phases for problem solving of abrasion wear have been analysed: the problem identification, the problem analysis, and the problem conceptualization. In the problem identification phase the problems of wear by use have been described, and the necessary sources of knowledge have been determined. The process of knowledge acquisition has aslo been accomplished. In the phase of problem analysis the collected knowledge has been studied out, and on the basis of that research certain rules and conclusions have been drawn. The methodology for problem solving of abrasion wear is based on the logic of solving the problem of expert wear. This methodology has been presented with a few examples form every day practice. In the phase of problem conceptualization a new structure of the expert systems has been defined. The data about the materials which are wear resistant has been systematized. The new structure as well as the criteria for the research of the bases of knowledge have been defined. The logic behind algorithm (inference engine) for analysis of tribo-systems has been elaborated. A new model of presenting and researching the bases of knowledge has been recommended and the functioning of particular modules of expert systems has been described.
