Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađen je pristup ispitivanju reaktorske kape WER elektrana metodama bez razaranja. Analizirane su prikladne metode ispitivanja, te je odabrana najpovoljnija. Sagledana le problematika cijelog ispitivanja. Postavljeni su osnovni kriteriji. Analitičkim odabirom, te iskustvenim podacima, odabrani su elementi i sačinjen je sustav ispitivanja. Sustav je testiran na modelu. Provjeravani su svi dijelovi sustava zasebno, a konačnom integracijom i sustav u cjelini. Rezultati testova pokazali su dovoljno dobro približenje očekivanim vrijednostima. Nakon laboratorijskih ispitivanja, učinjeno je ispitivanje na nuklearnoj elektrani. Kontrolom kvalitete reaktorske kape na nuklearnoj elektrani dobivena je zaokružena slika o stvarnim mogućnostima sačinjenog sustava. Sustav je, uglavnom, zadovoljio postavljeni zadatak.

Abstract

Non-destructive Testing Methods of The Reactor Pressure Vessel Head Inspection on WER Nuclear Power Plants are subject of this work. Adequate methods have been analysed and the best one was selected. Topic of the inspection was observed. The main criteria was established. Inspection system was developed based on analytical selection and experimental data. The system was tested on the mockup. All parts of the system have been separately checked and after that they were integrated together. The test results revealed very good approximation with expected values. After laboratory testing, inspection on the Nuclear Power Plant have been performed. The on site experience showed that the system fulfilled the task.
